About Joy

I have been selling real estate since 2015 and I LOVE IT!!! Helping people buy and sell property in beautiful Central Virginia is a dream! My husband and I have lived in the area since 2006 and we absolutely fell in love with Virginia. In 2018, we bought our dream forever home. The 4 stall barn on the property allowed us to further our love of animals, which led to new dreams. In October, 2021, we officially started Fauna Haven Animal Sanctuary, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization! I am now joining my passions of real estate and animals together. From now forward, I will be donating 10% of all commissions to Fauna Haven Animal Sanctuary. I love helping people with all their real estate need and couldn't be happier to also be helping save farm animals in need of forever, loving homes. Let me help you get where you want to be!
